Acredita-se agora que seja praticamente essencial na boa preserva\u00e7\u00e3o dos gr\u00e3os armazenados, mas certas precau\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser tomadas para evitar a degrada\u00e7\u00e3o dos mesmos e o desperd\u00edcio de energia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os gr\u00e3os s\u00e3o sementes e, portanto, organismos que s\u00e3o biologicamente vivos com metabolismo que produz calor e CO2 entre outros gases proveniente da transpira\u00e7\u00e3o, cujo ac\u00famulo sem remo\u00e7\u00e3o provoca a deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o da qualidade do gr\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para solucionar estes problemas, o produtor recorre a processos variados, tais como a transilagem &#8211; que \u00e9 a aera\u00e7\u00e3o pela movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos gr\u00e3os de um silo para outro e a aera\u00e7\u00e3o for\u00e7ada dos gr\u00e3os, processo este que iremos analisar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Objetivos_da_Aeracao\"><\/span>Objetivos da Aera\u00e7\u00e3o<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"527\" src=\"https:\/\/sicflux.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Links02-3.jpg\" alt=\"Objetivos da Aera\u00e7\u00e3o\" class=\"wp-image-824\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sicflux.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Links02-3.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/sicflux.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Links02-3-300x132.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sicflux.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Links02-3-768x337.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A aera\u00e7\u00e3o tem diferentes efeitos sobre a carga dos gr\u00e3os, dependendo do produto e das condi\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais &#8211; entre outros fatores.<br>Os objetivos a serem atendidos s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Uniformizar a temperatura da massa de gr\u00e3os;<\/li><li>Promover a secagem dentro de certos limites;<\/li><li>Controlar a umidade do produto;<\/li><li>Remover odores;<\/li><li>Resfriar toda a carga de gr\u00e3os.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>O resfriamento dos gr\u00e3os \u00e9 o objetivo principal e os benef\u00edcios no microclima dentro da carga de gr\u00e3os s\u00e3o descritos a seguir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Inibir as atividades de insetos: a maioria dos insetos que consomem os gr\u00e3os s\u00e3o de origem tropical e subtropical, e temperaturas entre 17\u00b0C e 22\u00b0C e umidade inferior a 30% inibe o desenvolvimento de v\u00e1rias esp\u00e9cies.<br>Na pr\u00e1tica, as condi\u00e7\u00f5es ideais do ambiente no interior do silo e da massa de gr\u00e3os s\u00e3o entre 23\u00b0C a 35\u00b0C,&nbsp; com umidade relativa de 70%.<\/li><li>Inibir o desenvolvimento da microflora: o desenvolvimento de fungos e outros microrganismos \u00e9 favorecida em ambientes com umidade relativa alta que n\u00e3o deve ultrapassar os 70%.<\/li><li>Preservar a qualidade: gr\u00e3os armazenados em silos formam um ecossistema peculiar em estado latente, onde as atividades metab\u00f3licas s\u00e3o impercept\u00edveis e esta aparente inatividade deve ser mantida pelo maior tempo poss\u00edvel sem comprometer a qualidade dos gr\u00e3os.<br>A introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de uma massa de ar em temperatura baixa \u00e9 ben\u00e9fica para a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o dos gr\u00e3os em estado latente por per\u00edodos prolongados. Vide figura 1.<\/li><li>Uniformizar a temperatura: A aera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 feita para uniformizar a temperatura da massa de gr\u00e3os, evitando focos de aquecimento e equalizando a umidade da massa, principalmente quando a carga \u00e9 movimentada.<\/li><li>Promover a secagem dos gr\u00e3os: em geral, n\u00e3o se entende a aera\u00e7\u00e3o como um processo de secagem, por\u00e9m, dentro de certos limites e em condi\u00e7\u00f5es favor\u00e1veis, os gr\u00e3os \u00famidos s\u00e3o secados \u00e0s custas de vaz\u00f5es de ar mais altas que as requeridas para a aera\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Remover odores: em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da atividade biol\u00f3gica e dos micro-organismos presentes, odores n\u00e3o desej\u00e1veis podem se manifestar. Fonte : UFES \u2013 Universidade Federal do Esp\u00edrito Santo Departamento de Engenharia de Alimentos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os equipamentos necess\u00e1rios para promover a aera\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o compostos por:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ventilador com motor: Fornece a vaz\u00e3o de ar necess\u00e1ria para a aera\u00e7\u00e3o.
