FHB

The new FHB line features high-performance air supply units designed for outdoor air intake, equipped with high-pressure radial motors and large airflow capacity. These air supply units are ideal for ventilation and air conditioning systems, meeting a wide range of needs, including booster line applications.

Equipped with a high-quality filtration system rated up to F9, they ensure efficient particle removal, providing clean and healthy air. In addition, they are highly resistant and can be used in environments with relative humidity of up to 100% without compromising performance.

Versatility and Connectivity

Standard NBR 7256 establishes strict guidelines for air quality in hospital environments, specifying the need for F8 filtration for air supply downstream of the coil in an air conditioning system.

In this context, the FHB unit with up to F9 filtration can be installed downstream of a commercial built-in evaporator (or hydronic heat exchanger), making it suitable for hospital installations.

Compliance and Quality

The FHB line air supply units comply with NBR 7256 standards for hospital environments and are versatile, also suitable for other comfort applications in accordance with NBR 16401/3, adapting to various needs in controlled environments.

Efficient Filtration and Sealing Solutions

Wide range of filters [G4, M5, F8, and F9].

Due to the use of F8 filters, the FHB unit features a sealed construction with special attention to the filter mounting design. It uses airtight supports with quick-release clamps that press rigid edges against the filter frame, preventing leaks.

About the Product

Robust and Efficient Construction

The FHB line has been designed to offer practicality and durability, with a compact profile that makes it ideal for spaces with limited ceiling height.

The intake and discharge connections are built with a rectangular geometry, facilitating transitions between equipment and air distribution ducts.

Easy access through the top cover (or bottom if the unit is installed upside down) simplifies inspection and maintenance.

FAQ

The main function of an exhaust fan is to remove gases and vapors from the environment, ensuring the renewal of indoor air.

When purchasing your exhaust fan, be sure to check the dimensions of the device and follow the manufacturer’s installation recommendations.

To increase airflow, you need to place exhaust fans side by side, double the ductwork, or use a fan with a higher airflow rate. To increase pressure, they must be installed in series—one after the other.

The installation of the exhaust fan must comply with the NBR 16401/2008 standard, regarding both performance and structural characteristics.
A good exhaust system should always improve air quality, meeting the specific needs of your environment. If you’re unsure about which product to choose, you can contact one of our specialists. We have a team of experts with the technical knowledge to help you make the best choice.

Energy consumption depends greatly on the type of fan and the environment where it’s installed.
Sicflux exhaust fans stand out for delivering both air quality and thermal comfort without increasing your energy expenses.

Exhaust fans can be installed in any room where the goal is to renew indoor air—especially beneficial in kitchens and bathrooms. They are also essential in larger areas such as industrial and commercial spaces.

Yes, the exhaust fan can operate continuously without affecting its expected service life.

The difference lies in the airflow rate—the amount of air the unit can move. The higher the number, the greater the volume of air circulated, which results in more efficient indoor air renewal.
